    our github ci bill went from $0 to $380/month in a few months. was heading to $800 in october reason: coding agents push ~300 times a day and our test suite grew 5x since august fix: no ci on prs anymore. dev only builds + deploys staging. full tests run nightly and on the release pr new bill: ~$0
