Remember that they are hyper pressed for time, what can you do to stand out in the shortest window of time? There are many ways to stand out. Do some research and work up front. If you just DM them with “I’d love to work together without even looking at the jobs page consider yourself a time waster. Instead, research everything you can about the company and roles available, even go as far as to build something you think would solve a problem for them, make it polished and stand out to the point you’re extremely proud of it (top 1% is not hard to do these days if you put a tiny bit of extra time) There are a lot of “hacks” you can take advantage of. Be creative.view source ↗

You can have a great "little" startup. Profitable. Small team. Founders own most of the company. Everyone is making good money. Then you raise a bunch of venture capital and suddenly the expectations completely change. Now the company needs to get huge. You hire faster, spend more, constantly trying to raise again. And the outcome investors need might be completely different from the outcome that would've made you happy. VC makes a ton of sense for certain startups. But if you can bootstrap a company to a few million in revenue, keep most of the equity and eventually sell it for millions... That's a pretty damn good path too. P.S. thinking about selling your startup? Our team will help you understand what your business is worth, prepare it for buyers, and guide you through the entire acquisition process. Humans decide what matters. Agents do the work, prove it works, and keep the loop moving. Probably one of the best conversations on agentic engineering right now. watch it before you add another 20-page prompt to your coding agent.view source ↗

The idea is that Opus does the work while Fable 5.1 acts as a second opinion. All you have to do is open Claude Code and run: /advisor fable When Opus consults Fable, it gets the full context of the session, including the tools used and their results. It can be especially useful: → Before creating a large plan → When the same error keeps happening → Before marking a task as finished This gives you a second review without having to copy context between conversations. The feature is still experimental, requires access to Fable, and uses additional tokens. 🔖 Save this for your next session.view source ↗

I see so many brands yap on about their product, or their goals, or their reason why they have made a decision. But your customer does not care about that. They care about what it means for them. For example: “I’m only taking on three clients because I want to work closely with you” SUCKS But: “I only work with three clients at a time so I can give you my absolute focus. You get (THE RESULT/BENEFIT) as fast as possible, without feeling like you’re one person on a busy roster.” is much better.
